Adding / Editing Groups

NAVIGATION  (selected group or gateway) > Add a subgroup

NAVIGATION  (selected group) > Edit

The Edit group page configures the properties of a group node. Since groups are "container" nodes, most of the properties can only be used when inherited by lower level nodes.

• Basic properties tab - Gateways, groups, and assets display a Basic properties edit tab.
• Advanced tab - Groups, gateways, assets, and monitors display an Advanced edit tab.
• NOC tab - This edit tab displays with groups, gateways, or assets.
• Tag tab - This edit tab displays with groups and assets.
