Hardware requirements
- 333 MHz CPU or greater
- 128 MB of RAM
- 100 MB of free disk space
- Network Interface Card (NIC) or modem

NOTE *Windows Server 2025 support is pending FIPS certification verification. Consult Kaseya support for current status before deploying on Windows Server 2025 if FIPS certification is required. Refer to Kaseya FIPS Edge Service.

NOTE VSA 9 is not supported on ARM-based Windows devices.

Network requirements
- TCP/IP Outbound Port 5721. Agents connect to the Kaseya Server on port 5721. This port assignment may be changed by the administrator.
- UDP/TCP Outbound Port 3478 to stun.kaseya.com to optimize Kaseya Remote Control performance and leverage P2P for file deployments. Enable Consistent NAT, if it is an option in firewall configurations, especially SonicWall.
Support for Operating Systems and Versions not Identified Above
Support is provided for the OS and versions listed above. Unless explicitly identified as a supported version in the Requirements for Each Managed Machine section above. This includes, but is not limited to, newer OS versions that have not been explicitly identified.
Any device running an operating system not listed above, or with a version older than the stated minimum, is unsupported. Although it may be possible to install the agent and some functionality may operate, please be aware that:
- Kaseya does not test existing or new functionality on unsupported device types and cannot guarantee that functionality or connectivity to the platform will be maintained when releasing new product versions or updating infrastructure.
- Kaseya may, at its discretion, explicitly block devices with unsupported and end-of-life operating systems from connecting to the platform without prior notification if required for platform security or regulatory compliance purposes.
