Agent Minimum Requirements
Requirements for Each Managed Machine
- 333 MHz CPU or greater
- 128 MB of RAM
- 100 MB of free disk space
- Network Interface Card (NIC) or modem
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012, R2, 2016, 2019 and 2022
- Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Apple macOS 13 (Ventura), 14 (Sonoma), and 15 (Sequoia)
- The following Linux distributions / versions are supported as headless agents. User interface based Agent Procedures are not supported.
- CentOS 8.x (CentOS Stream is not supported)
- AlmaLinux 8.x, 9.x
- Rocky Linux 8.x, 9.x
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.x, 9.x
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 12.5, 15 SP3+
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 15 SP5+
- openSUSE Leap 15.5+
- Ubuntu 20.04 - 24.04 LTS
- Debian 10+
- TCP/IP Outbound Port 5721. Agents connect to the Kaseya Server on port 5721. This port assignment may be changed by the administrator.
- UDP/TCP Outbound Port 3478 to stun.kaseya.com to optimize Kaseya Remote Control performance and leverage P2P for file deployments. Enable Consistent NAT, if it is an option in firewall configurations, especially SonicWall.
Support for Operating Systems and Versions not Identified Above
Support is provided for the OS and versions listed above. Unless explicitly identified as a supported version in the Requirements for Each Managed Machine section above, although the installation and operation of the Kaseya VSA agent may work with other Operating Systems and versions, Kaseya does not guarantee functionality, nor will any support be provided. This includes, but is not limited to, newer OS versions that have not been explicitly identified..
