Kaseya Remote Control Requirements
NOTE Kaseya Remote Control does not support 4K resolution monitors.
Supported Operating Systems
For both admin machines and remote machines:
- Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, Windows Server Core 2012 (all 32 and 64 bit)
- Windows 8, 8.1, 10 (all 32 and 64 bit)
- Apple Mac OS X 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11; macOS 10.12, 10.13 and 10.14
NOTE Windows Server Core 2008 is not supported.

NOTE Open UDP/TCP Outbound Port 3478 from "viewer" and "agent" networks to stun.kaseya.com

Endpoint Private Session Support
- Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016, Windows Server Core 2012 (all 32 and 64 bit)
- Windows 8, 8.1, 10 (all 32 and 64 bit)
If the agent machine has supported OS:
- Go to Control Panel > System and Security > System > Remote Settings.
- Select Allow remote connections to this computer.
- Uncheck Allow connection only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication checkbox.
The remote connections must be allowed without Network Level Authentication.
Terminal Server Shadow Support
- Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 (all 32 and 64 bit)

Bandwidth Requirements
Bandwidth requirements can vary widely, depending on the functions used. Remote desktop and file transfers can potentially consume large amounts of bandwidth, depending on screen resolution, complexity and file size.
