Live Connect File and Folder Transfers
Files and folders can be uploaded and downloaded between the local machine and remote agent machines using the Live Connect interface. This feature is supported on both Windows Mac, for both local and remote machines.
NOTE File transfer path length for Windows machines is limited to 255 characters.
Downloading Files and Folders
- Select the Live Connect > Files icon for an agent machine.
- Navigate to the directory on the agent machine you want to download from.
- Check one or more files or folders.
- To download a single file or folder:
- Click the three dots icon at the right of the selected row, and click Download .
- Select the download location on your local machine.
- To download multiple files and folders:
- Check each file and folder in the current directory you want to download.
- Click the three dots icon at the top of the page and and click Download .
- Select the download location on your local machine.
- Wait for the Transfers in Progress popup window to complete the download.
Uploading Files and Folders
- Select the Live Connect > Files icon for an agent machine.
- Navigate to the directory on the agent machine you want to upload to.
- Select the upload icon at the top of page.
- The Select Files dialog opens.
- Navigate in the dialog to the directory on your local machine you want to upload from.
- Select
Files
orDirectories
in the Files of type drop-down list.
- Select the files or folders you want to upload.
- Click Open.
- Wait for the Transfers in Progress popup window to complete the upload.
