Process Status
NAVIGATION Monitor > Edit > Monitor Sets
The Process Status tab defines alert conditions based on whether a process has started or stopped on a machine ID.
NOTE The Enable Matching option applies to services, counters and processes.
Select Pages
When more rows of data are selected than can be displayed on a single page, click the 
and 
buttons to display the previous and next page and click 
and 
buttons to go to the last page. The drop-down list alphabetically lists the first record of each page of data.
Edit icon
Click the edit icon 
next to row to edit the row.
Delete Icon
Click the delete icon 
to delete this record.
Add / Edit
Click Add or the edit icon to maintain a Process Status record.
- Process - Selects the process to be monitored from the drop-down list. The drop-down list is based on the "master list" maintained using the Monitor Lists page. If a process does not display in the drop-down list, you can add it manually using Add Process.
- Description - Describes the process and the reason for monitoring.
- Alarm on Transition - Triggers an alert condition when a process (application) is started or stopped.
- Ignore additional alarms for - Suppresses additional alert conditions for the specified time period.
Save
Saves changes to a record.
Cancel
Ignores changes and returns to the list of records.
